Frenchman Florian Latorre announced he will join JAY Motorsports in the 2013 USF2000 National Championship.

Latorre, 15, is an accomplished karter having won the TaG Challenge Junior Championship and the Belgian KF3 Championship in 2011. Last season he graduated to open-wheel car racing in the French F4 Championship, compiling six top-five finishes en route to Rookie of the Year honors. He concluded the season eighth overall.

Latorre should be a driver to watch in 2013 as he adapts to the USF2000 car and his new team.
