Canadian Zach Meyer became the third driver to join the JDC MotorSports Pro Mazda team for the 2013 season, the team announced this week.

The 20-year-old driver will return for his sophomore season after compiling three top-10 finished during his rookie year. He ran one-off Star Mazda races in 2010 and 2011 straight out of karting.

In 2012, Meyer won the 125cc shifter kart open class in the Florida Winter Tour. This season, he will join JDC Pro Mazda teammates Lloyd Read and Juan Piedrahita.
