Anders Krohn will return to an Indy Lights machine this weekend when he pilots the No. 28 Bryan Herta Autosport car during the Freedom 100 on May 25 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the team announced today.

Krohn, a 24-year-old native of Norway, also known as ‘The Viking,’ won the 2008 F2000 Championship Series and graduated to Star Mazda for the 2009 (6th overall) and 2010 (2nd overall) seasons. Last year Krohn joined the Firestone Indy Lights series where he logged two top-five finishes.

Earlier this year, the Norwegian driver made his debut in the Grand Am Rolex Series GT class where he drove a Yellow Dragon Motorsports Mazda RX-8 at Daytona.
