It was announced this morning that Team Moore has officially signed Adrian Campos Jr. to run the full 2010 Firestone Indy Lights season.  The 21-year-old race driver is the son of former F1 driver and current team owner Adrian Campos Sr.

Adrian Campos Jr. has spent the last four seasons racing in the Spanish F3 ranks.  Last season, he competed in the European F3 Open Championship where he logged 2 wins, 3 podiums and 10 top-ten finishes.  He finished fourth overall in the 2009 championship.

The news of Adrian’s decision to contest the 2010 Indy Lights championship was leaked on Tuesday by Marca.com.  Depending on how good your Spanish is, you can read the interview here.

Team Moore looks to have a pretty solid lineup in place for 2010 with Junior Strous and Adrian Campos Jr. set to drive for the team.  You can read the official release from Team Moore here.
