The three drivers who didn’t participate in the 2009 Lights season are Richard Kent, Cong Fu Cheng, and Denis Navarro.
Richard Kent and Denis Navarro both drove in the 2009 Star Mazda championship for Andersen Racing.
Cong Fu Cheng drove for Team China in A1GP during the 2008-2009 season. He was also the teammate of Martin Plowman in the Formula 3 Euro Series last year—driving for RC Motorsport.
