		<description>While there is definitely truth to both of your comments, it&#039;s important to remember that not all karting enthusiasts are interested in running the national schedules or moving up the open-wheel ladder system. 

At the national level, the cost is too high (you&#039;re right) but the competition and level of development is priceless.</description>

		<description>Too many events... I agree with Gary, they say that it&#039;s supposed to be the most affordable type of racing, but for the money you spend on a season, you could fetch yourself a ride on a few SBN races..</description>

		<description>Too many events... karting is dead.  Why waste money to race a go kart when you can run SBN and have the chance at a 400,000 prize.  Karting priced itself out and in this economy i expect the numbers to continue to be poor</description>
