Former shifter kart stand-out and Star Mazda race winner Ron White recently completed an Indy Lights test with Andersen Racing at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Ron is currently working on putting together adequate funding for a 2010 Indy Lights campaign.
The 28-year-old driver obtained his Indy Lights rookie license in January of 2007 at Homestead-Miami Speedway with Michael Crawford Motorsports. His test with Andersen at Mid-Ohio was his first full-day of road course testing in the car. Ron is a very talented driver who isn’t afraid to show his aggression on track. If he is able to put together a solid program, watch for him to be a front runner in the 2010 Indy Lights season.

Ron’s the real deal, but unfortunately just being a great driver doesn’t get you to the top. If someone was looking for a race winning driver for Lights this is your guy.
