Signing, Star Mazda
Venezuelan driver Carlos Linares is planning to run the final event of the 2009 Star Mazda Championship at Laguna Seca.
The 17-year-old race driver tested with Andersen Racing on September 3rd at Road Atlanta. You can watch some onboard footage from his test here. He ran four races earlier this summer in the Skip Barber National Championship, his best finish was 18th.
