Star Mazda competitor Adam Christodoulou recently completed a Indy Lights test with Bryan Herta Autosport at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

BHA team owner, Bryan Herta had this to say about the test;

We were very happy to provide Adam his first experience in an Indy Lights car.  He has shown this year in Star Mazda that he is a driver with great potential, and he demonstrated his speed and maturity again at the test.

Adam is clearly on several teams’ short list of drivers for next season, and we will be watching him closely as he tries to win the Star Mazda Championship.

The 20-year-old British driver is currently focused on the Star Mazda Championship with hopes of capturing the overall title and the fully-funded Atlantic Championship ride that comes along with it courtesy of the MazdaSPEED Development Program.

Adam is likely using the Indy Lights test for experience while evaluating his options for 2010.  The Star Mazda competitors have had nearly a month off since the August 29th race at Mosport.  They return to competition this week at Road Atlanta.
