British F3 driver Brendon Hartley is RUMORED to have just completed a test with Team R.C. Motorsport at the Vallelunga race track, just North of Rome. Should the rumor be true, perhaps he will be filling the seat that Kimball and Albuquerque were denied or turned down.?.?.
